Our energy is not as simple as a one to one equation. Each journal is divided into 7 section with a quick snapshot of each chakra and then a journal prompt to encourage you to dive deep into a specific energy to see how it relates to each chakra. Journals are 8.5" by 5.5" vinyl covered, spiral books with 49 pages of lined paper for journaling (7 pages for each chakra).
